Pilot Terms

Pilot access
Cinco Learning is currently offered as a free, assisted pilot for hotel staff training. The pilot does not automatically convert into a paid subscription. Any future price or paid service requires a separate agreement. SMS notifications are not available during the pilot; administrators share invitation links themselves.
Accounts and responsibilities
Use an individual administrator account and keep passwords, PINs and invitation links private. Hotel administrators are responsible for inviting the right people, assigning access to the correct properties and disabling access when staff leave. Notify your pilot contact if you suspect unauthorized access.
Training content and review
You retain your rights to the content you provide and authorize its processing to deliver the service. Only submit material you are authorized to use. AI-generated content, images and translations can contain mistakes. A hotel administrator must review resources before publication, especially instructions related to safety. Cinco does not replace the hotel’s approved procedures or professional training requirements.
Acceptable use
Do not upload guest records, payment details, medical information, passwords, or confidential material during the pilot. Do not attempt to access another hotel’s information, misuse invitation links, upload harmful content or overload the service. Only share resources with authorized staff. Keep pilot sources free of personal and confidential information.
Availability and support
Pilot features and usage limits may change. Uninterrupted availability is not promised. Keep an independent copy of essential procedures and use your hotel’s established process if the platform is unavailable. Report problems to your pilot contact with the affected property and time, without sending passwords or PINs.
Ending a pilot and handling data
Contact your pilot coordinator to end participation and agree the scope of access removal, export and deletion. Requests are verified before processing. Access may be restricted to address misuse or security issues. There is no automatic 30-day export window: arrange any needed export before access is removed.
